M4 Junction 48: Hendy (A4138)
Junction 48 at Hendy links the M4 to the A4138 for Llanelli to the south. Hendy, Fforest and Pontarddulais are beside it. Pontarddulais station is about a mile north-east. Parc y Scarlets, home of the Scarlets rugby team, is about three and a half miles south-west.
