Contact M4 Traffic
Thanks for visiting M4 Traffic — a free, independent website that brings together the latest M4 motorway traffic news, updates, roadworks and delays in one easy-to-use place.
M4 Traffic does not have a staffed newsroom, so we’re not able to respond to individual messages or add reports about specific roads or streets. For all the latest live updates please use our Latest M4 Traffic News page. You can search or filter M4 news by junction number and direction of travel.
Reporting an incident or an emergency
If you need to report a problem on the motorway network, contact National Highways (in Wales, Traffic Wales), who manage the M4. In an emergency, always call 999. Never use a phone while driving — stop somewhere safe first.
We hope M4 Traffic helps make your journey a little easier. Safe travels.
